1. Booking and Payments

Tutoring sessions, packages, and workshops are booked and confirmed upon receipt of payment. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and prepare extensively for every session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time.

• With 24+ hours' notice: You may reschedule your session to a future available slot at no additional charge.
• With less than 24 hours' notice (or no-show): The session will be charged at the full rate, and no refund or makeup session will be issued.

3. Scope of Service and Disclaimers

Essential Millennial provides educational instruction, software tutorials, and AI-literacy guidance. The services are strictly educational in nature. Adrian Goleby does not provide formal IT security audits, professional legal advice, financial advice, or academic qualifications. All advice, setup, or workflows implemented during sessions are designed to support your learning, and you remain responsible for your own data, security, and systems.

4. Refunds and Packages

Completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable. For multi-session tuition packages, unused session credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be transferred or rescheduled in accordance with our 24-hour cancellation policy.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is highly important to us. The collection, storage, and deletion of your personal details and session notes are governed by our Privacy Policy.
