If you schedule tutoring, we also log transaction history. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
2. Session Notes & Records
As part of our commitment to lesson continuity, we maintain simple notes on what we cover in each session. These records help us resume where we left off and provide custom guides or cheat sheets. These notes are stored securely, remain private to you and Adrian, and are never shared with outside parties without your explicit permission.
3. Website Cookies & Analytics
We keep our website lightweight and clean. We use basic cookies necessary for booking sessions and secure checkout. We do not embed third-party marketing trackers or tracking pixels.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain contact leads and session histories only for as long as they are useful to coordinate your lessons (typically 12–24 months after your last session). You can request a copy of your session data or ask for complete deletion of your records at any time by emailing us.
